It’s that time of year again.  Time for all manner of strange creatures to come to your door and demand a treat unless you want to be tricked.  We, at Simply Healthy Eats, always try to provide some healthy alternatives to traditional Halloween sweets that will still manage to please the pickiest little ghouls in your life.  Here is a collection of some simple and healthy Halloween treats that we hope you will consider substituting for the traditional sugar filled sweets.

Simply Healthy Halloween Treats

All of these scary Halloween treats were made from fresh fruit.  The slime on the plate is from spaghetti squash to make it seem more creepy for your little ghouls.
